Pedal box and Master Cylinder fitted. The pedal box was a tight fit and had to be spaced away from the footwell with a few washers. I am not sure about the master cylinder rod (too much movement) so I mgiht have to make something up for that.

Front brake pipes fitted. |
This shows the front brake pipe layout. The o/s one runs along the top chassis rail and down the triangular bracing to the lower chassis rail, around the suspension mounting and is left in place to be connected up later. The n/s pipe follows the top chassis rail. |

Along the top rail to the front of the car, along the n/s chassis rail and down the triangular support to the lower chassis rail. |

One of the hardest parts of the braking system was trying to decide the best place to mount the sierra compensator. Decided on the drivers engine bay panel in the end and just hope it wont be in the way of anything else. To function correctly the unit must be position with the small end facing towards the front of the car at an angle of 30 degrees. The pipe from the master cylinder enters the large end, and the pipe to the rear brakes exits from the small end. |
Another shot of the brake lines. |
The front to rear brake line was run along the top of the tunnel on the drivers side. The regs say the pipes should be supported every 75mm, however I went for 50mm for piece of mind. |
The front to rear pipe supplied by Tiger is way too long! I will have to run it down to the bottom of the tunnel and back up one of the rear supports to lose some of the length, or borrow a flaring tool and cut it! This pic shows the T piece the splits the brake's for left and right.

Next was the handbrake... Tiger supply a round bar that needs to be drilled out to fit the cables to. I decided that it would be alot easier and neater to use the sierra yoke. I drilled out the centre hole large enough to take the Tiger supplied cable locks, and then made 2 more holes. |
This shows the sierra yoke in place. The handbrake can be adjusted by pulling the centre cable through more or less and locking it off. |
This shows it all in place and working. |
