	This shows the pin layout for wiring the sierra indicator & wiper switches into the Tiger loom. It also shows the modification needed to get the headlamps to flash using the sierra stalk. (A Feature the Tiger loom doesn't provide)
	This shows the plumbing layout for the Zetec engine using a Raceline Water Rail. It also shows all the pipe sizes you will need. Zetec Plumbing You will need the following; (Burton Part Numbers) 5 x SHPE90.32 - 90Deg 32mm hose 6 x SHJ32 - 32mm Hose Joiner 1 x SHP32 - 1m length 32mm Hose 1 x SHPE90.45 - 90Deg 45mm Hose 1 x SHJ45 - 45mm Hose Joiner 1 x SHPR45.32 - 45mm to 32mm reducer 2 x SHP16 - 1m length 16mm Hose 1 x SHJ16 - 16mm hose joiner 1 x SHP9.5 - 1m length 9.5mm hose 1 x FZ470 - Raceline Water Rail 1 x FZ471 - Zetec fitting kit 1 x FP610M - Thermostat Housing 1 x FP611 - blanking plug 1 x ERS34 - Rad Cap 1 x FTS104.82 - Thermostat 1 x FP706 - Gasket 1 x FP502 - Gallery Plug The hose configuration is as follows; Water pump to bottom rad connector - 45mm elbow fits to water pump, then 45mm hose joiner. 45-32mm reducer fits next, then 32mm elbow facing downwards. The another 32mm joiner, then 32mm elbow pointing towards the N/S of the car, then another 32mm joiner, a length of the 32mm straight hose, another 32mm joiner and then a 32mm elbow onto the the bottom rad pipe. Top Hose - 32mm elbow onto thermostat housing, then a 32mm joiner, then a length of the 32mm straight hose onto the top rad pipe. The 9.5mm straight hose connects to the overflow on the stat housing and the overflow on the header tank The 16mm straight pipe connects from the header tank to the bottom of the rad using a 16mm joiner in the middle of the pipe run.
