Headlight Mods

Gently heat the lens up to soften the glue

Gently prise the lens off the headlamp

Mask the lenses up and the outer edge where the glue goes

All masked up and ready to spray

Give the light unit a couple of coats of plastic primer

Then a couple of coats of satin black

Leave to dry...

whilst drying get on with the other one

back in car with lens propped in place

used some Tiger Seal to re-stick the lens

some clamps were needed to ensure the lens sticks all the way round
